In 2017, Microsoft changed the requirements to achieve their highest level of partnership. In addition to changes to the skills required within the Microsoft Certified Trainer community, Microsoft also factored in the breadth and depth of Microsoft offerings plus evidence of scale and customer satisfaction as part of the learning process.

Gary Duffield, DDLS Alliances Director, commented, “We are proud to be recognised, as representing the Gold standard in Microsoft training in Australia. We join a very select group of under 20 world class learning organisations. With our recent global award win, this really cements DDLS’s position in the market and recognises the hard work our team puts in every day.”

Senior Regional Director of Worldwide Learning at Microsoft, Kyle Uphoff, added from Redmond, “DDLS is in a unique position. Firstly, as Microsoft’s only Gold Learning Partner in Australia. Secondly, with Learning as a Service coming online, DDLS can offer the full suite of learning inclusive of MOOC, Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) for in classroom training, and MOC on Demand online courses. DDLS is ideally positioned to address the huge opportunity with large enterprise in their local market and prepare the future workforce as the industry goes through Digital Transformation.”
